PROPOSAL

He proposed at the top of Top of the Rock, overlooking New York City.

All day he had been a little quieter than usual — holding my hand tighter, checking his pocket more than once, smiling like he was carrying a secret. When we reached the top and the skyline opened up around us, I could tell something was different.

It wasn’t a long speech. Just simple and real.

Then he got down on one knee, right there with the city behind us — nervous not because he was unsure, but because the moment meant everything.

And of course, I said yes.

The moment we said yes, it felt like the whole world shifted — but telling our family and friends made it even more real. The excitement, the screams, the FaceTime calls, the “I KNEW IT!” texts… every reaction was filled with so much love.

Getting engaged was unforgettable, but sharing that joy with the people who’ve walked through life with us?

That’s what made it complete.

OUR LIFE

TOGETHER...

Our favorite place to be is simply side by side. It doesn’t matter where we are — what matters most is that we’re together. We love slow mornings in the kitchen, lingering over coffee and trying new recipes just to see what we can create. Cooking has become one of our favorite ways to connect, especially when it means taking classes together, learning something new, and laughing through the process.

We’re always looking for new experiences to share — trying out restaurants we’ve never been to, exploring different neighborhoods, signing up for activities just because they sound fun. Whether it’s something planned or completely spontaneous, we love discovering the world hand in hand.

New York City will always feel like part of our story — the energy, the skyline, the way it makes even an ordinary night feel meaningful. The city has given us so many memories. But just as much, we cherish the quiet life — cozy evenings at home, long walks without a destination, and conversations that stretch for hours.

More than the places we visit or the things we do, we value the time itself. The shared glances, the inside jokes, the comfort of simply being near one another. Being together is the best part of every plan — and the heart of every memory we create.
